Q+ Terms and Conditions

1. About Q+
Q+ is MrQ’s weekly pass. Each pass runs between Friday at 00:00:01 to Thursday at 23:59:59 (UK time) every week. Once your pass expires on Thursday, you will be able to purchase a new Q+ pass that runs through to the following Thursday. If it’s your first time purchasing Q+, you will be able to purchase Q+ at any point but it will expire the following Thursday.You can purchase Q+ maximum of once per cycle. Each cycle starts on Friday at 00:00:01 and ends on Thursday at 23:59:59 (UK time).
Your Q+ purchase includes a fixed set of perks,as described on site on a weekly basis: spins, live chips, cashback on wagering, and our Triple payout withdrawal guarantee. The price you pay covers the lot - there are no hidden charges, top-ups, or surprise fees during the validity of your pass.
Q+ is a product purchase. The amount you pay is not credited to your MrQ account balance - it’s the cost of the pass and the perks that come with it.
Any winnings from your Q+ perks can be withdrawn straight back to your primary payment method. There are no wagering requirements on the winnings.
You must be a resident in the UK to be eligible to purchase Q+.
2. How you pay for Q+
Q+ can only be purchased using the same payment method you use as your primary payment method for depositing on MrQ. If you change your primary payment method, future Q+ purchases will use the new one.
The Q+ price is charged at the time of purchase. By completing the purchase, you confirm that you understand Q+ is a product, not a deposit, and that the value paid will not be credited to your account balance.
3. Eligibility
To purchase Q+, you must:
- Hold a verified MrQ account in your own name.
- Have made at least one successful deposit on MrQ.
- Be a resident in the UK (see perk-specific exclusions below).
Player safety comes first. If we identify any behaviour that could indicate you are at risk, we will disable your eligibility for Q+ to keep you safe.
Eligibility for this promotion is determined in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions (Section 14)
4. Refunds policy
Sometimes things change after you’ve bought Q+. If you become ineligible to use Q+ during the validity of an active pass, here’s how refunds work in relation to Q+. Refunds are not issued automatically and must be requested. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase; requests made after this period will not be eligible.
4.1 If you haven’t used any of your perks and your account gets closed
If none of your Q+ perks have been used, we’ll refund the full amount paid for the pass to your primary payment method within 30 days after your claim. Unused perks will be removed from your account.
Refunds are not issued automatically and must be requested via live chat or email. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase; requests made after this period will not be eligible. The refund amount is paid to your primary payment method within 30 days after your claim.
4.2 If you’ve already withdrawn more than the cost of Q+ from perk winnings
If the total amount you’ve withdrawn from winnings linked to your Q+ perks is more than the cost of the Q+ pass (£10), you are not eligible for a refund.
4.3 If you have used some of your perks and you become ineligible
Your spins and chips remain available for you on the rewards page for use.
In case of account closure or becoming ineligible, Q’s cashback and Triple payout withdrawal guarantee will no longer be the part of your Q+. Due to this reason, you will be eligible for a £3 refund.
Refunds may not be offered if the account is closed or restricted for reasons stated in section 12 of the General T&Cs.
5. Included perks
Each section below applies in addition to MrQ’s General T&Cs. Where specific perk terms conflict with the General T&Cs, General T&Cs take precedence for that perk only.
5.1 Spins
- To qualify players must make a successful purchase of Q+.
- Qualifying players will receive 200 spins on Majestic Fury Megaways Unleashed.
- Spins are valued at £0.10 per spin.
- Spins will be added to the account immediately (Rewards page) and be available as soon as the game is launched.
- Spins must be used within 7 days (168 hours) of qualifying.
- Any unused spins left in your account after 7 days (168 hours) will be deemed to be expired.
- All winnings from spins are credited in cash.
- If your account becomes ineligible, as defined in our General T&Cs, before or during the promotion you will be automatically excluded from any further participation in this and future promotions.
5.2 Chips
- To qualify players must make a successful purchase of Q+.
- Qualifying players will receive 20 chips on MrQ Roulette (Live Dealer).
- Chips are valued at £0.20 per chip.
- Chips will be added to the account immediately (Rewards page) and be available as soon as the game is launched.
- Chips must be used within 7 days (168 hours) of qualifying.
- Any unused chips left in your account after 7 days (168 hours) will be deemed to be expired.
- All winnings from chips are credited in cash.
- If your account becomes ineligible, as defined in our General T&Cs, before or during the promotion you will be automatically excluded from any further participation in this and future promotions.
5.3 Q’s cashback - £2 Cashback on minimum £30 wager
- To qualify players must make a successful purchase of Q+.
- Qualifying players will receive their cashback credited to their MrQ account balance as cash during the week after their Q+ expired. Q+ expires on Thursday, we will credit the cashback to your account balance within 7 days.
- You become eligible to receive £2 cashback when you wager £30 or more in real money during the period you hold Q+. Free spins and chips do not count towards the £30 wagering threshold.
- The value of the cashback is fixed at £2.
- If your account becomes ineligible, as defined in our General T&Cs, before or during the promotion you will be automatically excluded from any further participation in this and future promotions.
5.4 Triple payout withdrawal guarantee
To qualify players must make a successful Purchase of Q+.
For Q+ holders, this Triple Payout Withdrawal Guarantee replaces our standard Withdrawal Guarantee; Q+ holders receive the £30 triple payout instead of the standard withdrawal guarantee amount (£10), not in addition to it.
How it works

We guarantee that we will process withdrawals within 60 seconds of request. If we fail, we will credit you £30 in cash, limited to one credit per player per calendar day.

The withdrawal guarantee will not apply if:

Withdrawals are on hold for verification checks or you are in breach of our T&Cs (e.g. third-party payment method or duplicate account);

Processing cannot be completed due to issues outside our control (e.g. if your payment method is expired/blocked by your bank, card provider or payment service provider);

A technical issue, scheduled maintenance, system outage or service disruption by a third party that prevents us from processing withdrawals. In such cases, the guarantee is paused until service resumes, with updates posted on our website.

If you’re eligible, £30 cash will be credited to your account within 1 business day. This is withdrawable cash. The guarantee is limited to our processing; transfer times depend on your bank.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion in cases of fraud, abuse, error, or other exceptional circumstances. If you have already qualified for a reward, we will honour it.

6. General
These Q+ Terms and Conditions sit alongside MrQ’s General T&Cs. Where these specific terms are silent on a point, the General T&Cs apply.
We may amend these Q+ Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we’ll let active Q+ holders know in good time.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue Q+ at any time, including changes to the perks offered, their values, or the price of the pass.
Any such changes will never affect a pass you have already purchased. Your pass will be honoured in full, in line with these T&Cs, for the duration of its validity.
Changes will take effect from the next available purchase cycle (i.e. from the following Friday) and will be reflected in the updated Terms and Conditions published on site before that cycle begins. By purchasing a new pass after changes have been published, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where we discontinue Q+ entirely, no new passes will be made available for purchase. Any pass already purchased at the time of discontinuation will continue to be honoured in full until it expires.
